15. Use of Google Calendar Data
A. Data Accessed
We access only the minimum Google account information necessary to enable calendar synchronization: your primary email address, basic profile information, and read-only access to your Google Calendar events.
B. Data Usage
Your Google Calendar data is used solely to provide and improve the core functionality of the application, specifically to manage meeting scheduling and availability.
This includes syncing your existing calendar events to automatically block unavailable time slots and prevent double bookings. Your email address is used only to securely link your Google account.
C. Data Sharing
We do not share any Google account information or calendar data with third parties. The data is never used for advertising, marketing, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to the app's scheduling functionality.
D. Data Storage & Protection
Only authorization tokens (access, refresh, expiry) are stored securely using industry-standard encryption to maintain calendar synchronization.
No calendar event content is stored on our servers.
E. Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained only while your account remains active.
If you disconnect Google Calendar or delete your account, all related tokens and access data are permanently deleted from our systems.
